1. How can I place an order at iPlace.bg?

If you would like to place an order at iPlace.bg, you need to add products to the shopping cart of the website. Then, you need to click "Checkout" and fill out the required shipping information, phone number, choose shipping method and then finalize your order so that we can process it as soon as possible.


2. How can I add more than one product to the shopping cart?

After clicking "Add to cart", you will be redirected to the shopping cart where you will see the product that you will have just added. In case that you would like to add more products to the shopping cart, you can click "Continue Shopping" or you can go back to our product categories and then add one more product to the shopping cart. This way you can add to your shopping cart every product, that you would like to buy.


3. How do I pay for my order?

Prior to finalizing your order at iPlace.bg, you will see the payment methods which are currently available to you. Payment of an order at iPlace.bg can be made via C.O.D. (collect on delivery), credit/debit card or Paypal. If you choose to pay via C.O.D. you will have to pay the amount to the courier upon delivery at your address. Please note that C.O.D. payment is available only in some countries.


4. How can I use a coupon code?

If you have been provided with a coupon code and you would like to use it, you need to enter it while you are on the shopping cart page where you have added the products you would like to buy. You need to check "Apply coupon code" and then type the coupon code which you have been provided with.


5. How will my order get delivered?

Orders are delivered via a courier depending on the delivery method you have chosen upon finalizing your order at iPlace.bg.


6. How long does it take for an order to be delivered?

Depending on your delivery address, the delivery time may vary. Upon choosing a delivery method you will be able to decide which type of delivery suits you according to its price and delivery time.


7. How much does the shipping cost?

The shipping costs of an order which is placed on iPlace.bg, depends on your location and delivery address. Right before finalizing your order at iPlace.bg, you will be able to choose the shipping method which suits you most, according to its price and time for delivery.


8. When will my order be shipped?

All orders which are placed on business days, before 14:00, are shipped on the same day. If your order is placed after 14:00, on a business day, it will be shipped on the next business day. All orders which are placed on weekends and holidays, are to be shipped on the next business day.


9. How can I order an item which is out of stock?

If you would like to order a product which is out of stock, you need to contact us by filling out our contact form. You need to provide us with the product name and ID, and our team will contact you with further information regarding the availablitiy of a certain item.


10. How can I obtain a coupon code for discounts?

Every visitor who has signed up with iPlace.bg will get coupon codes for discounts via email which can be used according to the terms which apply to it. If you place orders as a guest, your email won't be registered in our system and therefore you won't receive any emails from us.
